All Diamond Print products are made to order and printed on demand, which means each item is created specifically for you when you place your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@diamondprint.shop with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@diamondprint.shop and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
