How it works All Diamond Print products are made to order and fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with production partners in 32 countries. This means your item is printed and shipped from a facility as close to you as possible, resulting in faster delivery and a lower environmental footprint.

Production time Each order is produced after purchase. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Delivery times Standard/Economy shipping typically delivers within 2–4 business days domestically, and 4–6 business days internationally. Express shipping is also available for faster, prioritized delivery. Gelato

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date.

Shipping destinations We ship worldwide to over 200 countries.

Customs & import fees For international shipments, customs fees may apply based on local regulations. Gelato These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
